Phonepe - Refund not received

Train ticket was booked through Phonepe on **th Feb for Date of Journey: **th Feb ****. The transaction was unsuccessful at the same time. Later on *st Mar, Phonepe gives confirmation on the transaction being successful. However, IRCTC has confirmed that ticket is not booked and the money is refunded to Phonepe on ** Feb. So we contacted phonepe to refund my money. Now Phonepe is biting around the bush and keep on delaying the matter till date. I request to kindly look into this matter urgently and reach out to me for any further details.
