Professionsfy - Refund not received

Professionsfy is a fraud company. They will take *,***/- initially and **,***/- and they will say they will return it if you are not satisfied. But they will never refund it.
Names:
*. Vinay Agarwal(Global HR - will say he is from Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, but he is not.
*. Arati(Finance Mgr )
*. Kavya(Junior HR )
There is only one emailid for all of them. All of them will discuss only from that id.
All of them will talk sweet.
Incase someone else approaches you, its all the same, they are changing names and speaking.
Basically its a fraud company.
All the details present in the website is false. If you dont trust me, check for a ** year old company's review in any website.

They contacted me from +**-**********, +************. mentioning that they got my contact from Shine.com. Spoke fluent english. They will arrange a call with HCL, Amazon and HTC. The call will go with only SKYPE. and the call will not have any video, so the caller will say, you made a mistake and you will have to get your SKYPE Business id from your consultant and when you go back to Vinay Agarwal, he will be shocked to hear that. Then he will say, i have spoken with them, you can discuss with that id itself. They will have a genuine interview with you. (The question bank is in the internet for any technology)
