Whitehat Jr - Refund not received

After two years, my daughter has left coding with Whitehat. So i applied for refund of remaining credits. One official called and asked me to keep back minimum * credits and rest will be refunded. Agreeing, he applied for refund of Rs.***** on ** MArch ****. As there were many bank holidays, the team kept on saying "Sorry for delay, the refund will happen in the coming weekend". this happened for over * weeks. Now, its over ** days, I only get to hear "Team is working on priority. "There is just a chat or email option to get in touch with them. There seems no sign of refund.
