I had ordered cake from my flower apply to my home address in kerala. Which was properly accepted and supposed to be delivered on *st jan ****. But cake didnt arrive . Upon enquiry i was replied that cake cannot be delivered on my address . If it cannot be delivered they how did they accepted payment and order ? ..I asked for refund & they I got a reply that refund takes *-* working days . Its **th of jan today ...Till date i didnt get any refund even after repeated mails . Now they are telling me to purchase something from their site instead as they will credit into their wallet ...I dont want to purchase anything from such a site where i have been fooled & moreover I want my money back .
