Then It Looks Useful Tome So , I Started Interaction Via Chat First later Over Phone Call After Initial Discussion Then I Told Them Will Contact You After few Days.
On ** nd July We had A Discussion Means Mr.Johnson And Me : Mr.Johnsin :Business Card Attached
After Final Communication As Per The Package I Agreed To Pay Rs.**** + Taxes + Small Amount For Special Promotion : Total Rs. **** Paid on ** Th July ****: Via Razorpay Link Sent By Athena Advertising : SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED PAID SEAL
As ATHENA People Said From * Th August Adds / Campaigns Will Start ..I Have Waited Not Started ..Again They Took Fes Days ..Not Started ..Keep Giving Excuses No Work Started one Month Completed ..
I Lost The Hope And Trust On ATHENA ..So, Decided To Not To Go Ahead With This Company
I Have Asked Them To Refund ..After Few Calls And Emails They Have Accepted For Refund .
On * St September ..ATHENA Shared me Refundlink Via Razor pay For **** Rupees.i have clicked on that From Shown Refund Processing ..
I Have Waited Few Days , One Week, Two Weeks ..Still Showing Same Message Refund Processing .
I Have Contacted Razorpay Customer Care They Said They Can’t Track Because No Sucj Kind of Transactions Are Reflecting On Their System /Data
I have Send messages and emails to Athena ( emails will be forwarded when ever it is required) no response..
Still Refund Not Received.
* Months Completed From The Date of Payment.
So Decided To Raise A complaint Against Them To Resolve .
Hopefully Thru This platform I Will get Best Solutions At The Soonest
