I booked a flight ticket in the month of May through Travel look site from Mumbai to Ranchi ,unfortunely the Ticket was cancelled from you within * mins and The cancelled Ref no is *********. Till today I have not got the refund amount. I tried to get the exact information of amount but failed to give . I have call for atleast ** times till today. Every answer was it will be resolved within *-* working days . Please help .
