My Amazon.com Amazon.in account has been put on hold due to someone has accessed my Amazon account as per Amazon Statement. But the truth is nobody has accessed my Amazon account, as I was my Amazon account normally, since i place any order's from Amazon they put my account on hold day after. They locked my account Four time's, first time i validated my details & Amazon account restored the process continues upto three time's. Now on Fourth time they are going to close my account by mentioning that your account has been compromised but this never happened. As earlier i mentioned whenever i place any order's on Amazon they put temporary hold on my account after the Order's which is totally wrong. After successful validation of documents & details fourth time they aren't in the mood to restore the Amazon account. But i requested them many time's via Phone's Calls as well as Emails that i left some fund's in my Amazon.com wallet around $***.** INR:***** which i claimed because this is my right they fund's are my sole property & they can't take away or steal the fund's which i left in my Amazon account. But unfortunately still they are ignoring my requests & closed my account. They are not giving any explanation regarding the amount which i left there, they just answer that your account is closed & create a new one account which is totally injustice & disheartened. I asked them if you're unable to restore the account then issue the Gift Card against the same amount which i left in my account after that i can make a new Amazon account & use my fund's as per your statement. But they are not giving any answers to me regarding my Fund's they are completely ignoring the statement. There intention is clear to take away the fund's or steal all the fund's which i never let happen. I will fight for my rights these are my hard earned money which i left in my amazon account.
