I had ordered a product from dhani... On **th march... Which I cancelled on the same date.... Money was deducted from my account but not yet refunded even after * months... I have been sending mails of my bank statement and calling to dhani... But still I am not getting my refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
