BOOK DEPOSITORY - Refund Not Received

So, I ordered two books on BOBOKDEPOSITORY.COM and I paid the total amount of **.** British Pounds (***.** Thai Baht) with my debit card. I cancelled the order before the books were even shipped and asked for the refund. On Jan **, they transferred me * Thai Baht. I thought that was for testimony money of refund. I waited a few days because they said full amount will be in *-* days. However, I contacted them again after I did not receive my full amount. They insisted they indeed transferred the full money on JAN ** ****. BOOKDEPOSITORY gave me transcation number and they said my banks and card providers will help me receive the full moeny they sent me. Therefore, I went to my banks and they said those t ranacaiton numbers are not helpful and useless information and the only information I need in order to receive my moeny from BOOKDEPOSITORY (the sender) is the Money transfer control no. (MTCN) and without it, I am not able to do anything to receive my money. If the sender sent the money, they should have been able to receive the receipt with that tracking number MTCN and will be able to provide that information in order for the receiver to get the money that was transferred from the sender, that's how the system works. Therefore, I asked BOOKDEPOSITORY, explained them that I neeed that information. However, they insisted they are not able to provide that information in back and forth many email exchanges we talked. They kept on giving me only the transcation number and that I should be able to do things with those numbers (but I can't and all I need is only that MTCN in order to receive my own money back). Therefore, the reason why they are not able to provide that information( MTCN) is because they don't have the receipt where they sent me my full money back and that they lied me by saying they really did send the full amount and sent me transcation number which transcation was that of "* Thai Baht" They sent me which made me believe the transcation number was actually from that of my full money that I sent which is **.** Pounds in British currency. Therefore, they scammed my money and kept on lying that they transferred me my full money when they did not. It has been over a week and they kept on insisting they are able to let me know the MTCN which is the act of a scammer because I need MTCN, the tracking number in order to receive my money. I have attached my bank's history statements that show -***.** Thai Baht that I am supposed to be getting back from them and +* Thai Baht that they sent me on ** JAN ****, implying that is the final transaction money they sent me and that is the full amount of money I am getting back.
