I had booked ticket on travolook website. Amount was debited and but the booking was not confirmed. After some time I received call that booking is cancelled due to technical issue and i will receive full refund. Its been around * months. I have reached out to customer support through email and through phone. Everytime they say that wait for *-* days. It takes hours to reach out to their customer support at first place. I am fed up. Amount of *K is huge for me. I cannot afford loosing it. My ref id is - REF*********
