On dated **th Feb I cancel two orders before delivery of the product. Both order were libas kurta. One size L and other XL. Both items were costing **** rupees each. Till date I have received the refund of one product in my bank account. Second refund not received till date
I have made a complaint * times but everytime their response is we had initiated the refund please contact your bank. My bank is saying that they have not received the refund yet.
There is no customer care staff at Myntra to whom we can contact.
Can you please request Myntra company to resolve my refund issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
