I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on **th November through travolook. After booking the ticket and paying the amount I received a mail saying that the ticket is being processed and I will receive the confirmation within half an hour. But after * minutes I got a mail saying that the ticket has been cancelled and I will receive the amount within *-* working days. However it's been more than *.* months now and I haven't received the refund. Every time I call them they tell me to wait for *-* days more and this has been happening for *.* months now. Please help me receive the refund.
