Booked flight on Jan **, **** from Chennai. They deducted the amount at the very same moment, but the flight was not booked. The agent said the amount will be refunded within * days. But I haven't received the amount till date. Also none of my emails are replied, as well the customer agent just asks to wait for few more days.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
