Travolook in - Refund not received

I had booked a ticket for * passengers on **-Sep but due to technical reasons as per Travolook the booking got cancelled but I am still waiting for my refund since **-Sep. Every time I call they share me same excuses for Payment Gateway issues or to accept in Wallet. But Travolook have never given a confirmed ticket booking when I researched in the Internet. Beware of this fake website.
