I booked a ticket through Travolook for Indigo airlines from Indore to Hyderabad on *th October **** to travel on *th October ****, They deducted my money and within few seconds sent me a message and email that your ticket could not be confirmed and therefore it stands cancelled and that I will get back my refund within * to * working days. It has been almost a month but no sign of the refund. I have called them several times nd they always say that due to technical issue the money is still pending and that it should show in my account witin * days but their * days seem to extend for a month. If I argue with them as to why I havent received my money, hey just hang up on me.I also send email on support @travolook.in and have received automated message saying they have received the complaint and that the refund will be initiated within * to * working days. I am a working person and have to keep a reminder every two days to call them to ask for the refund which is causing me a lot of stress
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
