Indian Overseas Bank - Refund not received

I had booked tickets thru Cleartrip in the month of august.i have complained thru escalation also.All the required details are given fully.The central operation bank also rejected. their refund.They have asked for more details from cleartrip.its going to be * months.

I had booked two tickets to chennai-hyderbad through my bank account in the name of R Selvi. But it didn't go thru, but amount got debited of Rs *****. Cleartrip sent a message stating that the amount will be refunded by * to * working days.

After ** days I called cleartrip saying my refund is not made.They claimed saying it was refunded on *nd Sept.

Called up bank they said they didn't receive the refund from Cleartrip sent details regarding their refund and I sent to bank.But still they couldn't help me.

At age of ** I was almost calling and sending mails and whatsapp to both parties, no use. I am very stressed out that I didn't get my refund. I have commitments. I don't know where my money is stuck.

Bank sends mail to cleartrip team .But no proper action. I have to pay interest for the money I spent on credit card to rebook my tickets.This is not the way a bank should function with keeping public money. Now I am fed up , I need my money with interest and compensation for the stress they have given me in this age. Do the needful and fine them so that they don't do this irresponsible functioning.
