Dear Sir,
I have booked a air ticket through travel look dated **-**-****, it was immediately cancelled by them itself and I received a call that I would get my refund back in *-** working days, it had been more than a month am still waiting for the refund and even I found through Google that they are running a scam which surely needs to be stopped just in order to save other customers to be trapped. The same assurance am being given every time I call. Request you to please look into this and help me.
