Its been almost **+days I tried to transfer ****rs to some person on OCT *ND MORNING around ** am but here the amount got debited from my account and it's not credited to another person so I contacted phone pe by raising a ticket in a ticket they inform me like I will receive the refund on Oct **th from the bank (SBI) so I waited on **th evening I got a call from phone pe support and they are telling like its all my bank fault I need to contact my bank for a refund so I made a call to my bank customer care people they told me bank does not have approvals to check UPI transactions to they told me to again contact phone pe support and I'm trying to reach both but here no one is responding as a customer I'm facing the issue here I'm a student every one rupee is important to me so please look into my issue.
