I booked a flight ticket on www.travellook.in on **/**/**** from Bangalore to Vijayawada. I was informed that the booking was canceled due to operational issues but since then I didn't receive the refund of my booking amount.
I have sent repetitive emails but no resolution. I tried to call customer care but it is not getting connected.
