Flipcart - Refund not received

I have booked a washing machine on **th October ,but flipcart was not able to deliver the product.so they called me to cancel my order otherwise it will automatically cancelled.i have cancelled my order on *nd nov **** but till now I didn't get my refund. customer care is not responding properly and just passing the days only saying tomorrow.
I have lots of issues with the money,I can't just sit by putting money in their hand.i have paid my money with no use for * months.
