Prasanna sarees - Refund not received

Hi,
I ordered a saree through an instagram page prasanna_sarees.
I specifically asked whether the saree color is lemon yellow they said and arranged for COD.
The couier person didnt allow me today open the parcel before taking money. I trusted them gave the money.
When open and checked the parcel its not saree i ordered they wantedly delivered wrong product.
I told them to return the money till date they are dragging the issue. They have not arranged for refund nor collecting the product. I told thm i will courier the saree and asked them to return the money. They are not even talking to customer. Just chatting through whats app.
