Tropical Andamans - Refund not received

Hello Team,

We have booked travelling packages to Andaman with company Tropical Andamans tour and travels in December. we have made booking for flight and hotels with them. But due to pandemic our flight got cancel and unfortunately our trip was cancel. we had paid **% (i.e RS *****) to Tropical Andaman team for hotels. As due to pandemic all the flights were getting cancel for that period the Tropical Andaman company team agree to give us refund.

From amount ***** rupees that we had paid to Tropical Andaman company for hotel booking they have just refunded ***** rupees saying they will pay remaining amount soon.

Seven months has pass there is no refund from Tropical Andaman company and there owner Vivek Lal is not picking the phone and no responce from him.

Looking forward for positive and speedy responce from your end.
