I had booked flight ticket from Delhi to Dibrugarh on *th April, ** for the travel date of * th April. I had received a call from their Executive for demanding ₹****/ extra for booked seat. Because ticked was under process. Firstly I had denied; but I was urgently wants to reach the Dibrugarh. But I am trying to many time of their customer care no, but did not gotted. In between this they are cancelled my ticket and send an email for ₹*****/- refund amount. Still more then a month spend, not getting my refund payment. Please look into the matter and help me.
