Travolook in - Refund not received

Flight ticket booked on **th March **** and cancelled on *st may ****. Indigo Airlines confirmed by return email that the amount has been refunded to travolook.in on the *st May ****. But Travollok writes to me that they have not received the payment from the Airline. The customer support told me to hold the line and disconnected without a reply.
