I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Surat on march ** for the travel date on **th march. Later the booking got cancelled stating fare expiration. Since then i am continuously in touch with the customer care but still not received my refund yet.
After some time they started dropping my call without answering.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
