I had placed an order with footballmonk on their website in the second week of February for a jersey which had a delivery time of * days. After a week I had to write to them asking regarding my order, for which they replied saying they ran out of stock. I requested them for a refund and its been over * months and I haven't received anything. I have given all the necessary details for the refund transaction and despite multiple correspondence they haven't sent it yet. They have now chosen to ignore my emails which is highly inappropriate and unethical.
