TRAVOLOOK IN - REFUND NOT RECEIVED

In a discount offer I booked a ticket from Delhi to banglore (REF*********) on **/**/**** and which was not confirmed due to increase in fare. After ** min I got a call that I will get my refund within **-** working days.
But till today **/*/** I have not received my refund. Whenever I call them they say that due to technical reason we got money back and wait for another *-* days.
Plz refund my money soon else I will go to consumer court.
