On **th January I had ordered a cake which the portal agreed to deliver before ** Noon on **th January. I had paid the total amount Rs *** they stated. Instead of delivering the cake, at **.** am, before ** min. of sheduled delivery they demanded an extra *** to deliver. I had cacelled my order No**** and they confirmed stating the refund will be sent within * working days. But even after * weeks passed, I didn't received my refund even after multiple mail requests
