Nokia 1100 housing panel - Refund not received

I have ordered nokia **** housing panel on *th feb ****, order no:********. It took more than * days and I do not want to wait. So I have cancelled the item and requested for refund. In my Qoo** account it says refunded, but I have not received my refund. I think this website is doing some fraudulent activities. There is not specific customer care contacts, no order tracking options etc. This website should be ban, unfortunately I have ordered in this website and also fortunate that I have spent only Rs. ***. Useless website.
