I made a prepaid online purchase on *th January ****. Ajio cancelled the order stating delivery issues with the logistic. They haven't refunded me the amount and stopped answering the emails. And there is no way of contacting their customers service phone line.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
