Myntra and allahabad bank - Refund not received

I cancelled an item from myntra on ** Jan ****,the refund for which they said was initiated on the same day of cancellation and which I should have received either immediately or in * - ** days, in case of delay... It has been ** days since but I have not received any refund in my account..... On pursuing them for several days, they finally provided me with a bank reference no for the refund which they said can be traced with the help of my bank... But I have not been able to contact my bank as their toll free customer care no is not working and they are not answering my mail..... I have no way of knowing why I have not gotten my refund even after so many days which I should have got instantly as it was a UPI payment...
