Travelook - Refund Not Received

I have been a victim of delayed/unresolved cancellation refund. I had booked a flight ticket through travel look.in on **th December and just after the money got debited, I received a message that your ticket could not be booked as the prices have increased. Thereafter I have been chasing them for my refund. This is an absolute fraudulent modus operandi which several customers have complained that Travelook firstly deducts the payment then denies booking the ticket and takes months to refund the amount.
