Bella Vita organic - Refund not received while order get cancelled automatically

Twiced the time I have ordered and made the payment while placing the order but after * or * days the order get cancelled automatically from the end of the company. Almost *-* days passed still I didn't get my refund neither I get any response from the company's team after mailed.
