Myntra On Line Shopping - refund not received of item cancelled

i ordered n paid for a product on myntra but i cancelled the item later on. i was supposed to get a refund in maximum ** days but its been more than that n i still havent received any refund.all Myntra is. doing is giving me the same transaction id that is used to debit my account and payment accepted by myntra and they are saying the money was refunded on same id
