I ordered * orders with * quantities each in one order. ** items in total. I received only * items, that too a totally different product. Raised complaint for the missing ** items, till date neither items nor refund provided. They have very smartly clubbed all orders in * AWB numbers and sent only * items (previously mentioned materially different *). So that when I place for return, I can return only * and not **.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
