I made a deposit of ₹*****/- on **th Mar but the deposit was not credited to my gaming account. After connecting on chat and sending multiple emails I was informed that the deposit declined and my refund would be processed by EOD on **th. I wrote another email on **th and was asked to submit bank statement despite sending multiple proofs already. I was assured the refund will be processed by EOD on **th. It was the same again. They kept asking for bank statements, proofs multiple times. As of today, **th when I emailed them again, they are asking me for a letter of confirmation that deposit was made. How stupid !!! When you didn’t have proof of deposit how were they assuring me of refund. This has caused me mental trauma and stress. I want my money refunded. I have all the proofs that deposit was made and my refund not yet processed
