Blinkit - Refund not received in source account

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the handling of my order ORD*********. I canceled the order immediately after placing it because I needed to modify it. Despite this, instead of refunding my money, I was issued a coupon worth ₹****, which I am now forced to use within ** days and in a single transaction.
This is unacceptable. This is **my money**, not a promotional code, and I should have the freedom to use it as I see fit. Forcing me to spend ₹**** on groceries in one go is a blatant attempt to trap customers into unnecessary purchases. I refuse to be dictated by your terms when it comes to my own funds.
I demand that you immediately refund the full amount to my original payment method. This situation is deeply disappointing and, if not resolved promptly, will lead me to escalate this matter further.
