Travolook in - Refund not received from travolook in

I booked a flight from travolook, from Jaipur to Lucknow and money deducted from my account and then I received a mail that my booking is on waiting. It will get confirmed in ** minutes, if not then call on ****-***-**** this number. Then I doubted and checked the reviews of the site and read that each and every person has said it is a fraud company, never book from it and then I got scared and immediately called that number. A lady picked up the call and then I said her that my ticket has not been confirmed yet, she asked me my reference number which was sent on my mail then she said that your flight's booking has been cancelled by indigo due to operational issues at that point I was ***% sure that this is fraud. Then I told her that how can indigo cancel flights my friend booked right now with another site and it was successful then she said we don't know we will give you your refund back and even I asked for guarantee if refund, she said you can call me anytime or mail us, we are sending you a cancellation mail. In that mail the reason of cancellation was written "fare expired" and we will initiate the refund from here within ** hours and it will reach your account within **-** days. And I never received my money back. I am a student, how hard it is for me to save money and spend on my studies and these guys are fooling us around.
