Travolook www travolook in - Refund not Received from Travolook for Cancelled Flight Ticket

I had, on *th January ****, purchased a flight ticket from travolook after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for ** minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was "cancelled due to an operational reason" and that a refund will be provided post "**-** working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..". Received the cancellation email from them within few mins but refund not received. Their customer care also not reachable. Already contacted them via email but looking numerous complaints online on this company, I feel like helpless. Please help to address and if possible let's help others too.
