Nobroker in - Refund not received from Nobroker

This is Mallikharjuna Rao D and i have taken Money back plan for two properties and paid Rs.*****/- . Mr.Manikanta is relationship manager assigned to my properties. Both the properties rented out by myself and without nobroker. Submitted the rental agreement copies and requested for refund. The same is been forwarded to Mr.Manikanta on **-**-**** and till now i didn't receive the refund. Many times i called Manikanta on this issue but no progress.
