GoAir Airline - Refund not received from Goair for June flight they have cancelled

Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to draw your kind attention that I have booked Go Air flight from Mumbai to Delhi on ** May for **th June flight
PNR: H**YGP
Vehicle number: G* ***
But on *th June they have sent SMS:-
Dear Smart Flyer! GoAir would like to inform you that for your PNR H**YGP the flight G*-*** on **Jun'** from BOM to DEL has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control. GoAir protects your reservation for a period of * year. You can rebook your reservation to any sector (Difference in Fare applicable) by visiting our website www.goair.in or you may call us on **** **** ***/*** ********, up to * hours prior to departure.

I tried calling multiple times to them but there was auto response nobody picking calls as well as I have sent multiple times mail to
nodalofficer@goair.in
feedback@goair.in
appellateauthority@goair.in
But they are just sending autoacknowledgement mailer with request number but no other response
