Geeogov com - Refund not received from Geeogov com

Dear team,
I had paid amount to Geeogov.com to work online during lockdown period but i could not start the work since **rd march due to their contact form policy, i have provided them from but they had rejected stating that Mobile image is not acceptable. In such situation they have to understand and needs to consider mobile image as well, even government is also adjusting lots of things due to Corona Virus pandemic then why Geeogov.com could not change their policy due to this corona virus pandemic. I had paid them **** rs on **rd March, please help me to refund the amount asap, as of now i dont have money. Kindly help me out.
