Indian Bank Amazon - Refund not received from Amazon India

have ordered a product (Boat Airdopes ***) from Amazon India on **th july.And they issued a refund on **th July but not yet reflected in my bank account. It cost rupees ****.They emailed me that your amount was refunded but still now not yet received.Indian Banks customer service is worst and they are not providing my details of refund. RRN is protected. Please do the needful
