We were booking a hotel on agoda.com on *nd April **** and payment was deducted from our bank account and booking (Booking ID: ********* )was not processed.
Contacted agoda multiple times and they said it will be refunded within ** days, however, its een more than ** days and I still havent got the refund and now they are refraining to provide the refund saying they havent charged.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
