I tried to book a flight for * person from my application which was registered from my mail id and mobile no for a friend and his family on ** oct **** from bhubaneswar to guwahati for * nov **** flight in Air Asia money paid via credit card but ticket could not be booked as informed by happyeasygo that seat were full and your amount will be refunded within * to ** working days .as mail received by my friend.But till date no refund got.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
