Corporation Bank - Refund not received for the money debited from debit card but transaction unsuccessful

I want to inform you that at the time of paying mba seat acceptance fees my money was debited from my account but it was showing that payment is not successful. I want to ask when will i get my refund ****rs since * months are over, i have not received refund till now.

My money is not refunded as * months have passed. I want my refund with compensation. The lost transaction is shown in my passbook for reference. Even after calling ennumber of times they are not giving a satisfactory answer. They are not registering a complaint even and main they don't pickup the call also.
