Sir i had diposited ***** rupees as on dt ** Dec ****. My account was debited but Parimatch wallet not successful credited.I comunicate with customer care and send the screenshot and transaction number.They checked and told me u got your refund within * days with your original mode of payment.But its ** days gone still i didn't get the refund.I send mail to them they told me our payment partner doesn't respond to their mail.So they are unable to give the time limit when i got the refund ammount.I request you kindly take this matter and help me to get my money back.
