Campus activewear limited - Refund Not Received for Over a Month

I ordered BINGO-***VS White Men's Shoes from Campus Shoes and returned the product because the size was too small. The return was accepted by the company, but even after more than one month, my refund has still not been credited.
The company repeatedly stated that the refund would be processed within ** working hours or *–* working days. Later, they claimed that the refund was processed on **/**/**** and shared a refund reference number, but no refund has been received in my account till date.
I also requested proof of the refund transaction from their side, but no proper proof has been provided. The matter has been continuously delayed with repeated assurances but no actual resolution, causing inconvenience, frustration, and unnecessary waste of time.
