Cheq Digital - Refund not received for my failed payment and merchant is saying we have refunded more than 23 days

I was trying to make payment in credit card on *th april **** at *:**am . The payment is deducted from bank account and i was paying through the atm card. And payment is failed from merchant end but deducted from my bank. I contacted the merchant they are just saying we have refunded the amount but more than ** days are passed but still i haven't received my refund.
