I had added ₹** to my Winzo wallet on **/**/****.However, I am unable to use or withdraw this money as the platform is not allowing it. I contacted customer support but did not receive any proper resolution. I am requesting a refund of the wallet balance. The money belongs to me, and I should be able to get it back. This has caused me both financial and mental stress.
